GRATITUDE! Attitude of Gratitude, as the Motivational speakers would say.
At Christmas my daughter-in-law, Joanna gave me a 5-minute Journal. Each day in the journal you start with writing down three things that you are grateful for. There have been days in the last six months that it was hard to come up with three. But, we all have so much to be grateful for; even in these unpredictable times.
These are just a few things that we can all be grateful for: the beautiful summer and now fall we are enjoying; family and friends; our pets; modern technologies that make our life easier; the changing of the seasons; we live in Canada!
For me, when things are not so good, the excitement of my dog, Maggie when she sees me makes me feel so grateful.
