How do you bring balance to your life?

How do you bring balance to your life?  This is something that is really hard for most people today.  Everyone has more than one thing to balance such as work, home life, children, grandchildren, social life, aging parents, charity work etc.  I noticed that after I made the list I forgot to put in time for self.   This is typical of everyone; we put ourselves last or forget about ourselves altogether!  Summer 2015 is here and it’s time to take time for you.  Here are some ideas just for you to do alone:


1) Take a walk by the lake
2) Take a yoga class
3) Come for a pedicure
4) Some retail therapy and stop for a Latte
5) Go to the movies by yourself
6) Massage is great for body and soul
7) Hike in the woods (great spot Church St. North)
