The Many Seasons Of My Life

I can’t help but feel that fall offers new beginnings; a chance to start fresh. As the temperature drops, leaves fall and sweater season commences, there is no doubting the powerful energy that the season of change offers.

I had a read about a year ago, by man who wore more rings than I own, just on one hand. He was a very wise man, he was a man that in many ways changed my life. I will never forget the things he told me, his assurance in my actions, my thoughts, my presence, it took a huge weight off of my shoulders. Knowing I was in the exact place I needed to be, brought me great peace.

I hadn’t been read again since last week when Sharon Bradley came for her monthly visit to Spa Sedona. I would consider myself to be a very open minded, spiritual person. I enjoy the feeling of being one with my body, mind and soul, and am always making sure that my decisions and actions align with how I feel and how they will evidently affect who I am. So, when I found out Sharon would be at the Spa, I knew I had to meet her.

If there were an intention for my reading, it would have been change, new beginnings and the pursuit of passions. Leaving behind what does not serve me and starting a new journey. After graduating university, a never ending job search, and life’s daily rollercoaster, Sharon’s reading could not have come at a better time.

I have never been afraid of change, in fact I kind of enjoy it, but it wasn’t until my reading that I began to understand the blessings that came along with it. Just like the seasons, my life will continue to change, shed, grow, evolve and write my story. There are times where you may feel stuck, stuck in a place of uncertainty, lack of success, frustration, and then change happens. It is the greatest blessing, being able to start fresh in either a new season or path.

Sharon gave me the power and ability to accept change in my life, to be open for what’s to come, and to leave behind what does not serve me. There will be many seasons in my life, and learning to accept and understand them as they are will be my biggest challenge, yet my most rewarding journey.
